I have had my laptop for over 2 years and I am satisfied. In the beginning there was a problem with the display and I had to advertise. After about 1.5 years, the video card went out and replacing the motherboard, it happens again. Always absolutely great service from Dell. After purchase complete reinstallation of laptop to Win10 Pro, easy upgrade to Win 11 Pro. I have several laptops and I use this one as one of them for professional IT work of administrative nature, O365, administration/development over Azure/AWS, WLS with Kali, labs in HyperV/VirtualBox, online training. It complements the laptops I have purely for programming. Perhaps only that I hardly use the touch-screen functions after all, it is mainly a laptop for me.

The backlight is just right, it does not disturb even in the dark.
Reader well laid out on the switch, works very intuitively.
Robust and durable chassis. After 2 years, no problem, no squeaks, no loosening, nothing.
Quiet. No overheating problem after firmware upgrade.
Compatible with Win 11.
If you clean the laptop yourself, it has a rather complicated assembly even when just cleaning the fan. If you get a Dell technician, there's no problem.
Low battery life. After 2 years used to maintain standby mode and 1-2 hours of off-grid work.

I've had the laptop for a few days. at the beginning I was worried about overheating, as described in the reviews here, and I must say that after the first switching on it was really above standard, but within 20 min it offered me a firmware upgrade (bios flashing) and this problem disappeared. I took the 5406 version and not the 5410 because of the possibility of upgrading RAMs, not used yet, it is enough as it is. I use it primarily for office work, watching movies, drawing, nothing demanding.
The display is glossy, so it works as a mirror, the backlight is sufficient but not suitable for direct sunlight. the workmanship is good, the hinges hold, we will see after time. The battery could last even longer, it's so average. I also bought a stylus for it (act. pen dell pn350m) is compatible.

I have the laptop for 4 days, so I can not yet judge the veracity of the battery life, however, if one adapts the performance to what the work or entertainment requires, I believe that it is very close to the manufacturer's stated.
The workmanship is exemplary, nothing creaks, everything is solid and at first and second glance of quality. A very compelling argument for me was the ability to upgrade both the SSD and RAM, which is often on-board at competitors at a given price tag and thus you have to select upfront without the option to upgrade the RAM later if needed.
So far I haven't encountered a performance issue and it probably won't, as it handles video playback, office apps and web browsing more than decently and games probably won't.
The backlit keyboard is just a nice bonus.
The display is high quality, sharp and the colours are realistic, but OLED is obviously elsewhere, even at the price. The backlight is admittedly not enough for the harsh sun, but it is sufficient in the room. The prints catch it better than the phone, not extemely.
The 2in1 is an addictive feature, it is very nice to operate the device by touch and have a giant tablet, but it is not for long reading in the full tablet position, after all it is 1.5 kg. In "stand" mode, it's just right.
The sound has been quite criticized in reviews, but I dare say it is not as tragic as you can read, only the bass is missing, but the production is clear and loud. Anyone who says they don't is deaf in my book: -)
USB-C is fine for connecting a phone, where you just get a cable with these connectors on both ends.
