After a month and a half of dealing with Dell support, when a technician came once to replace the board and then the laptop was in Dell service for a month (they didn't touch it for 4 weeks and then wrote that the fault could not be replicated), the status is as follows: So we have successfully identified the problem, the issue has been reported globally and is in the process of being addressed by senior engineers. (the information provided by you also helped a lot) His solution will be the release of a new BIOS version that should fix this problem. The planned date of the new version is set for 24.01.2024. Currently, as a workaround, they recommend turning off SpeedStep and C-State to dampen the sound.
