After less than a month of use, the power of the steam nozzle went out and the milk with the dough whipped, despite descaling the device. With the appearance of this problem, it also began to emit an unpleasant sound. The first claim was rejected. I will try the product again and if the performance is not better I will return it again for warranty.

Small, smart, handsome.
They aren't. The reviews that it looks cheap because it's plastic are pretty unfounded, since those people bought the coffee maker and you can see in the photo that it's all plastic. If you want a chrome De Longhi it will cost you 150-200€ and you have to take that into account. This is a small and handy coffee machine for less than 90€.
