Although coffee purists will probably grumble, in my opinion this is the best machine in its class. Makes great coffee with a nice crema. It could be even stronger for my taste (but maybe I just can't make it)
Heating the cups usually doesn't heat much.

this model was recommended to me by a De´Longhi service technician - easy to use and nice looking
I do not recommend it - it presses badly, (we used to have KRUPS and it made a better press)
in this model, when the coffee is just a little bit rushed, it almost doesn't flow.
the thin crusts of the press do not allow the coffee to foam
the milk nozzle also doesn't froth the milk much
I don't recommend
