We already had another coffee machine from this brand(ECAM 25.452B) and it is definitely a good buy. Although the same problem still remained, namely the metal grid, which scratches almost immediately, but we counted on it and we don't mind it. We had to have the previous one repaired after about 7 years (bad valves), but since they are out of stock we have to wait for at least 14 days so we decided to make ourselves a Christmas treat and buy a new one and then take the repaired one to the cottage.
The big downside is that even though the milk frother looks the same as the old model, it can't be used. There is a small difference in dimensions (in mm). An occasional drawback is the small water tank. We have to top up the water frequently, but that was also the case with the old model. The great thing is the ability to turn on remotely via bluetooth. I get up in the morning and by the time I get to it to put the coffee cup or frother in, it's ready to use. You can make coffee that way too, but you still have to put a cup in after you turn it on and rinse it. I can't put that in tonight because it would go in first.
Otherwise, it is again an excellent device and we do not regret the purchase. We used to have a capsule one too and that one never again. Nothing like freshly ground coffee. The customization of coffee and other products is excellent. The perfect thing is that the display is in Czech again.
Fortunately, the pros highly outweigh the cons, but some cons remained, namely the frequent refilling of water and coffee (frequent visits). But the manufacturer would have to supply us with an operator for this: ))))
