So far it works reliably, it hasn't happened yet that the dosing is not working. The motor is quiet. The sensor sensing is reliable and the soap dose is just right. If you don't want to refill the original soap, just make a hole from the top and fill it with your own or there are plenty of other tutorials on YT.
So far it's working as it should.
