purchased code did not work! After entering the code on the DJI website, I was informed that the entered code was already USED!
Since the code must be entered within 48 hours of activating the drone, I immediately contacted the support of spol. Alza, where they requested to send a screen with information that the code is not valid, and promised me a prompt solution to the problem on the same day. I sent the mail within 4 minutes and waited impatiently for the new code, and I wait from 7.4. to this day.
Approximately 12 hours before the expiration of the code entry, I contacted the support by e-mail reminding me that the code must be entered no later than 12 hours, otherwise this insurance is worthless and will no longer be used. No answer, no reaction.
On the second day, after 48 hours. I contacted the support repeatedly by phone with the information that the purchased insurance can no longer be claimed and I am requesting a refund, which the operator promised me to do everything to get my money back: )
to date, I have not received any official opinion, no statement or confirmation of the refund. this event is not recorded in the complaint list at all.
I am a long-term corporate client in Alza, but I have not met such an amateur approach even at a flea market.
