I'm absolutely satisfied, the dog was pulling like a fool, he got the command not to pull anything again, again nothing and then followed by a blow and since then he hasn't seemed to pull anymore. The same works for jumping on people, growling and running at dogs, since he has a collar he listens like clockwork
