Stainless steel, digital thermometer + timer. Verified with an external thermometer and quite consistent +/- 1 deg. Fast heating - 2000 W. Possibility to wind the supply cable underneath the pot.
There is no question of disappointment. Only a few small things could be improved. Plastic lid - a stainless steel lid would also be suitable, but a stainless steel lid can be purchased. The inner grate is again plastic and too low. It would be better if it reached above the outlet valve. Otherwise, everything okay?
