The first order was cancelled due to a system error, a new one was created, after 2 days the shipment arrived, which consisted not of 20 stands, but only 1. After contacting us by phone, the rest was promised to be delivered. The next day after the complaint, a new shipment arrived (I commend the speed), but again only 1 piece. After several phone calls I was told that Alza doesn't actually sell packs of 20 at all, they have an error in the description. After 4 days, they still haven't corrected the description. So beware, for 134 CZK you only get 1 piece of carton. ("Note from Alza editors - thank you for the message. Our customer service team will contact you about your complaint and resolve everything with you. Have a nice day")
