We have been using the product for nine years and it is great. My daughter loves him. It folds perfectly and takes up no space. The only negative: after a month of use, the telescopic guide rod no longer holds in the highest position and falls down on its own (only three possible positions). It's more about reduced comfort than dysfunction, but it's still annoying.
