I agree with Jiří's rating below, this is an everyday coffee, brilliant value for money, with a sweet fruitiness that isn't at all overpowering.
The coffee won't knock your socks off, but it certainly won't disappoint. For V60, I found a medium-coarse grind, like for a Chemex, works best, with a brew time of around 2:40. I fundamentally disagree with the comments below that coffee a month old is a problem and a reason for dissatisfaction. On the contrary, filter coffee is at its best around 2–3 weeks after roasting, so 4 weeks is still perfectly fine and at least you don't have to be afraid to open it and drink it straight away.
