They're really black
They have a clearer sound with longer sustain, they don't sound bad at all
Keeps tuning
They look nice (first day)
For teens who want cool looking strings to be more hard and heavy and can be low overtone and extreme bending this could be a very suitable gift
the coating of the thinnest string peels off the very next day (and that's in the places where only the fingers are in contact, not the pick! )
the coating peels off on the third day in contact with the frets
the strings feel plastic (not like Elixir, but really plastic)
they feel very soft (for some it may be a benefit), the actual thickness of the strings is obviously less at the expense of the coating
on the fourth day, silver spots appear on the wound strings
They ARE NOT conductive and there is a bit of a problem with static electricity (it crackles in the speakers when touched lightly)
