The instructions must be in the Czech language and in written form, not to mention their clarity. The Consumer Protection Act now only allows instructions to be provided on a durable medium. You can ask the seller for a printed version and the seller is obliged to comply unless it would be unreasonable to do so in view of the circumstances and the manner of conclusion of the contract and the characteristics of the goods. The instructions are usually already included in the packaging of the goods, or the seller attaches them to the goods at the time of payment, as is the case, for example, when buying shoes. This is an important document for the use of the purchased goods. Therefore, if the English instructions are not included, you can request them from the seller.
