Goods of poor quality production
It arrived in a plastic bag disassembled, the assembly instructions were not included. We had to use a hammer to put the hayrack together. There were thin nails on parts of the hayloft where they had been hammered in originally, so it didn't fit at all and couldn't actually hold together. Plus, some of the nails were bent and the wood was damaged in some places around them. Plus, it looked like it was originally glued together. There was glue residue at the joints. The whole thing gave us the impression that the hay was folded up before shipping and was spread out in a bag for shipping. Which did him harm and he was so humiliated. We tried to give the hay to the rabbit, it fell apart in no time, it couldn't even take a handful of hay. I am claiming and returning the goods.
