After burning, it still smelled even after 24 hours of ventilation
One hook was harder to insert and this caused it to "pop out" and wander through the bread (the dough was 80% of the kneading time on 1 hook), which we found out after baking and trying in vain to find the hook
After taking it out of the baker, the bread (program 1) fell through after a few minutes => raw inside even after 60 minutes of baking!
During kneading (possibly due to a bad hook) the flour was being thrown out because the baker does not have a lower speed for the first stage.
