I was buying one for drilling into reinforced concrete in a prefab. I also recommend buying good quality 4 edge drill bits. With this combo, drilling into the panel goes like clockwork. Suddenly, drilling is fun. Compared to a conventional impact drill a big difference in convenience and especially speed. For occasional drilling in the apartment and for the price, a super helper.
