The note in the instructions is interesting: The "Moist Hot Air" function is used to meet the energy class. It gives the impression that this is just a marketing ploy to achieve an A+ grade, without much effect on the user. I naively thought when I bought it that A+ was achieved by some modern technology and materials.

After installation in a 100% horizontal cabinet, the grid and baking trays are not horizontal i.e. the interior of the oven is at a skew relative to its external structure.
Some things in the instructions are hard to understand. For example. In the chapter describing the baking programs, the table uses the symbol of an automatic scale even though the device does not have one. Nowhere explained. The manual lists a "Cooking for Testing" table without explaining why and what it is intended to do for the user. The "Wet Hot Air" function is described very briefly, it is not possible to understand how it works and how it differs from a normal hot air.
