We called the service center and are waiting for the technician to arrive and comment. The door closes with a slam. The slow closing system is broken. The baking on the mountain air is very uneven. The fan is quite noisy and something resonates in the oven when it is running. It's probably a defective piece. Compared to the previous oven of the same brand a big disappointment.
