I purchased the product in order to use them to transfer video from the Xbox Series X to my iMac M1. Unfortunately, even with the downgrade to 1080p, the picture and transfer did not improve, everything was very choppy and not smooth.
I don't know about Windows, but for my purpose I would rather not recommend this device.

After connection, the console is normally visible on the monitor, but at the moment when you need to see the console on your desktop in the program from Elgato, you have no signal and the red LED light flashes all the time. You can find out on the Elgata website and support that the HDMI cable is defective, but of course it would not be able to see the image on the screen. I recommend buying Thuinderbolt cable (https://www.alza.cz/ugreen-usb-c-3-1-gen2-thunderbolt-3-100w-data-cable-1m-d6159267. htm) and everything will be ok and the device will work for you as it should.
For playing / recording games on a PC
USB cable that you can discard at the time of unpacking as it does not work with this device
