For me, Elgato products are a sign of quality and robustness of design. I have never advertised anything and have always looked forward to the new stuff they produce. The holder has pleasantly surprised me and I use it every day and I don't see the slightest sign of wear or loss of strength and rigidity. This is Mr. Holder. I have bought 3 and I use them all for microphones and teleprompter.

As a minimalist solution great, you don't have to have a big arm leading from the top, so it looks better. It's just a little shorter than I expected. I wanted to put it under the monitor against the wall, but it didn't reach me as I sit. Every now and then I tighten the ball head and the microphone falls off, so it has to be tightened a lot. If you want to move the arm up/down, that's a bit more complicated. You have to either loosen it or really force it and I can't even do that anymore xd. Anyway, as a minimalist solution, great. There's a cable passage that has a magnetic cover. A lot of people say it falls because of cable resistance, but I don't have a problem with that.
