Tried once so far, on a trial basis. I recharged my phone from about 10% capacity to 100% and my watch from 0 to 100%. And there's still something that could be at least partially recharged. Acquired for the purpose of being tested. Charge your phone and watch. The power bank was charged about a week before the experiment, so there was probably some small drop but it still made it, so for me satisfaction. We will see what time and more frequent use will show.
