A rubber pad must be glued to the dock to keep the watch in the right place at all

a couple of times charge the watch completely, after a couple of months it charges up to 5% and then stops. I go around disconnecting and reconnecting it all day to get to a usable battery value. It does this when plugged into the Orsen wireless pad, when plugged into a computer, and when plugged directly into the network. Even the magnet isn't as strong as it could be.
