untested, but given the capacity of the batteries it should definitely last a long time

The instructions completely lack a description of how to insert and remove the batteries. The actual procedure is a bit confusing.
The symbols on the product body relating to the batteries are very unclear.
Unconventionally wired contacts. One battery (+ pole) is attached to the spring. It doesn't bother anyone, but it's not common practice.

On 2 C batteries. They're pretty hard to find. Why it can't be on a normal AA or AAA person is beyond comprehension.
The description lacks information whether or not batteries are included - and unfortunately they are not(! )
