As far as cooling is concerned, I have no reservations. He's just doing his job well. Of course. I know that water cooling is not an absolute silent thing, it's still fans, it's all about the cooling. Unfortunately, even so, this waterman is annoyingly noisy. The three fans are fine, but the water pump in the case above the CPU makes a rather unpleasant sound, like vibrating, at speeds above 700RPM.
It'll cool like it's supposed to.
