The touchpad has an awful lot of gestures, and due to its size (more like smallness), it's pretty hard to use. If you swipe on it just a little differently than you should, the current window will disappear, you'll return to the home screen, etc. It would be great if these gestures could be turned off, but I haven't figured out how or if it's even possible. The keyboard takes longer to connect than I would need. I mainly use it at school where I need to open my iPad and type quickly. When the iPad is locked/closed, it takes a few seconds for the keyboard to work after unlocking. DOES NOT SHOW BATTERY STATUS - the biggest minus for me, because I never know when it will stop working. The signalling diodes work rather strangely. For example, when I put the keyboard on charge, it glows red for a while, but then goes out. When I unplug it and plug it back in, it lights up red for a while and then goes out. I would expect some indicator that it is already charged. The on/off signalling also (not) works. When the keyboard is switched on, the blue light will flash for a while, but after a while it will go out. So it happens to me that either I don't turn it off and it discharges unnecessarily or I think it's on and it just doesn't light up and I get upset why it doesn't work - but it's off: D And the switch is also unmarked, so you don't know from its position. This brings me to the question, is this the way it should be or do I have a defective piece? Despite the long paragraph about disadvantages and bugs, it's actually a pretty nice keyboard for the money. It serves its purpose, you can write on it, the touchpad works - you just need to learn how, the cover protects the iPad on all sides. And if that's not enough, you can pay 3x as much for the original from Apple. Plus a lot of people wrote that it is too heavy... But you have to take that into account, because it has its own battery (unlike the original).

the keys are pleasant to the touch, for me quite loud - but that's about habit

I'm used to the smooth touchpad of the Macbook and here it doesn't suit me very well. Very annoying and stuck movements when swiping between pages on the home screen
