I would never buy an Epson again - their software, drivers and totally unreliable and complicated networking cause me more trouble than good

It keeps disconnecting from Wi-Fi and forgetting settings, so I only connect via USB cable anymore. The mobile app to connect to the Wi-Fi network doesn't work and manual setup via the printer display takes twenty minutes, plus it doesn't always work and you have to set it up again after a few days
Recalibration and self-cleaning often required
Drivers and scanning software is a tragedy
Price due to the fact that it does not work reliably over Wi-Fi
