Design
It's too light, you have to hold it with your thumb when opening the door, otherwise the whole microwave crumbles.
I don't know which expert at Eta thought of sticking a label with no on the top cover. a warning that left behind a stubborn adhesive that wouldn't come off even with isopropyl alcohol. Finally, a mixture of baking soda and oil helped.
