The vacuum cleaner gets clogged quickly (really extremely, after three or four vacuum cleanings) and it is necessary to clean the filter, otherwise it is completely non-functional. For spite, not for service.

This vacuum cleaner is the worst thing I've ever bought. It barely sucks anything. No more than half the apartment and they're already reporting that it's clogged and smells like something's burning somewhere. But there's hardly anything in the waste bin. The dust filter is very small and gets clogged up immediately. We don't have any pets at home, but if we did the vacuum cleaner is absolutely useless. The product has been advertised, but according to Eta everything is fine. The device has been sent to the CTIA. It's not safe! Maybe I had bad luck with the wrong piece, but I'd rather not buy anything from Eta again. I've advertised a pot from them before, also bad. The price does not correspond to the quality. My parents have a bazsac vacuum cleaner from ****, which is more than half the price, and it vacuums the whole house, and they have two dogs.

The vacuum cleaner served us great for several months, until we found out that the HEPA filter needed to be replaced. And lo and behold, it can't be bought. It's not being made, it's not being sold. I strongly advise against buying this vacuum cleaner.
