Obviously if I hadn't caught a defective piece, I would have been thrilled with it, and for the time it worked, I was thrilled. The steamer is not completely light in the hand, but it is bearable for a few pieces. The reservoir, into which water can be added through a hole without the steamer having to be basically disassembled and losing stability, is great. It won't iron out lint and it's not a complete replacement for an iron, but it's perfectly adequate for most clothes. The defective piece probably had a problem with the pump according to the sounds, alza responded to the complaint quickly and seriously.

After two months, it started making sounds more like a hammer drill, first reporting a lack of water after a minute and then getting stuck completely.

it seems to me that it irons better in a larger layer, i.e. I would put the shirt on the iron in just one, but here the better result is over the shirt "closed - over two layers, even a sweatshirt
I hate ironing and this is the ideal for me still ready without a board

I guess the iron is more consistent when pressed, so maybe it's not for the extra demanding, but I'll even put OK shirts on the hanger with it

Bought as an addition to the dryer. The steamer was a pleasant surprise, straight from the dryer to the quick-smooth steam, what is needed, and we are done. Sometimes we can't avoid the iron, but the steamer eliminated contact with our unpopular iron to a minimum.
