Due to the composition of the strap, when it is not pure leather, but a conglomerate of several materials, it is somewhat deceiving the customer, because according to the description it is supposed to be pure leather. The overall resistance of the strap also depends on this. But the belt looks nice, probably a good buy for the money.

Looks like quality workmanship including stitching
The description says the material is leather, so one would expect it to be pure leather. But the truth is that it is just a conglomerate of thin skin on both sides and there is some black substance in the middle. The edges are then covered with some plastic in the color of the skin so that it is not visible. This is where I would see the weakest point, these glued edges usually don' t last long and come off. We'll see.
The color of the brown leather is actually much lighter than in the photos. It darkened to look like the photos only after the skin was waxed.
The fastening in the watch has a slight play, which is manifested by an occasional unpleasant hum during vibrations.

I recommend to impregnate it with wax, otherwise it changes colour under the influence of sweat, just like any rawhide.
