Doesn't take up much space
The eInk display is easy to read in daylight, but doesn't glow at night. No unnecessary flashing etc. It disturbs sleep.
History of values in EVE (must be opened manually see. cons)
Battery lasts only a few months (fairly frequent charging)
Charging via microUSB (cable included)
The device only remembers about 14 days of readings back and you need to open the app on your phone and view the device to save the data to the app. Otherwise, you'll lose your old data.

The measurements seem pretty accurate to me (I have another thermometer and a hygrometer)

It's very small, the box and display could easily be double the size
HomeKit app on iPhone XS doesn't display "Volatile Organic Compound Concentration" values because it doesn't fit on the display line
The HomeKit app incorrectly displays the air quality grades - the correct grades should be 5=excellent, 4=very good, 3=good. But the app will show you 4=good and 3=very good
The HomeKit app shows the value in micrograms per cubic metre, whereas the Elgato EVE app shows the value in PPB - why isn't this consistent?
In the HomeKit app, the sensor works for information only - it cannot be used for automation. Fortunately, automation can be done in the Elgato EVE application - e.g. if the air quality drops below that level, turn the light bulb red so I know to vent.
Charging the sensor is via a microUSB cable - I would welcome Lightning if it's an Apple HomeKit accessory.
There's no cutout in the back so you can hang it on the wall.
