Since the RTSP stream is not officially documented, so to save searching for other interested parties, I am attaching a link to access it here (password stuck on the camera and IP address is your own and of course without square brackets)

possibility to back up recordings only to EZVIZ paid cloud (however, it doesn't matter thanks to RTSP stream, you can use your own NVR)
sound quality is poor
missing PoE, but given the price it can be forgiven
no web interface, only supports address assignment from DHCP
