Good shape, it's comfortable to keep the cup in hand. Started to drink more tea with these cozy cups :)
After half of year of usage on the bottom of one of the cups appeared a tiny hole, which sucked in water — now it dangles between the double walls of the cup.

Each glass has a tiny "blemish" (bubble) on the bottom. These are obviously a relic of the production, as according to the description on the box they are hand blown. I don't take it as a negative, as someone writes here, but a feature

Coffee/tea stays hot longer, yet warms hands (does not burn)

The glass is very fragile, one of them broke after a week
The box states that it is not dishwasher safe. The Alza product description states that yes. ("Note from Alza editors - thank you for the warning and we apologize. We have corrected the error. Have a nice day")
