After 3 to 4 drains of the fireplace, the filter must be shaken out. It's not a big deal, but it's a little annoying. Otherwise, it works great.
With how often the filter has to be cleaned, the vacuum cleaner could easily be half the size.
Definitely better than shoveling ashes.
Very noisy.
Sometimes a little dust comes out of the exhaust.
