I'm not exactly a tech enthusiast, but this can be handled pretty well. I'm a little annoyed by the occasional coupling with the TV, even though I haven't coupled anything else in the meantime, but that's a small thing that isn't necessarily always the fault of this product. I'd buy again.

Very nice machine. I was surprised at how small it is (not a bad thing). I compared the sound quality when playing a "CD" from a desktop CD player in a set with a receiver and speakers - with the sound from Apple Music (music in lossless quality) via iPhone and Bluetooth of this FiiO device, connected by cinch cables to the receiver and I did not notice any difference in sound quality. This saved me money on a new "bluetooth" receiver. When listening to the LG TV through the optical cable to the FiiO and then through the cinche to the receiver, I have to have the volume on the FiiO all the way to the right, at first I thought I was making a mistake in the settings, nothing was audible.

For extending older home audio with the ability to connect BT devices, this is great. I use on a Yamaha amplifier. Fiio connected by optics. The sound is logically better than via BT speaker.
Perfect for playback from a mobile phone or computer via a home audio setup
It took a while to get the connection working, but then it was fine.

I used the DAC for watching movies through BT headphones. Unfortunately, it is absolutely inappropriate for this purpose. In the silent scenes of the film, the sound drops out. Tested connection: PC -> optical cable -> FIIO -> BT headphones; PC -> USB cable -> FIIO -> BT headset. I tried on 2 different PCs in Win7 and Win10; Sony and B&W headphones. I found on the fiio forum that this is unfortunately a feature of this product: -( Google search: BTA30 Pro audio cuts out on quiet sound. I was forced to return: -/

Lots of music for little money. Connection to a computer via USB-C, which the DAC simultaneously also supplies, BT range throughout the apartment without outages, the Sony Hi-Res WH-1000XM4 headphones, which I have only used with a mobile phone so far, can feed full hi-res sound via LDAC codec, volume with reserve. Additional connectivity sufficient. Absolute satisfaction with me!
