Although the filament was delivered sealed in a plastic bag together with the moisture absorber and all this in a box that was sealed in plastic as well, it seems to me that the filament is extremely wet.

The first print was relatively high quality, with each subsequent print the quality went down steeply. The prints from this PETG are solid, but they absolutely lose details (partly due to very strong stringing, which could not be prevented even by strengthening the retraction), so you can forget about printing structural elements. After changing the filament to a different PETG many times better results. If it wasn't a consumer product, I would definitely claim it.
