The iPad doesn't sit well on the stand. the tablet must be held in such a way that the tablet can be picked up with the stand.

Probably a defective piece.
The iPad Pro 12.9" does not hold at all, one side does not grip at all.
Virtually no counterbalance to the base, very unstable.
When the tablet is placed on the stand, the tablet can only be controlled by external devices. He tends to roll over when touched.
