I don't understand what would make me write a positive review like I read here before buying.

does not charge the Apple Pencil
the magnet is only on the last part of the packaging, so the remaining two parts are removed
the plastic parts of the cut-outs are thin and do not hold their shape.
the edges of the whole case have sharp edges that are not comfortable to hold in the hand
the inside is only plastic, so dust gets in there and the iPad gets scratched over time.
