I would welcome at least a 5-band digital equalizer. It has some corrections - classic, rock, pop, jazz, etc., but nowhere is it described in detail.

Classic "oldschool" design. No edge wear. Just a nice black iron box.
It's very subjective, but I like the geeky way of presenting the data on the display.
It remembers the equalizer settings. Every time you turn it on (even with a "soft" start using only the driver, when current is still going into the amplifier), the equalizer resets to default and needs to be set again.
It has no coil for grounding the turntable
She was (! ) The standby mod LED is lit like crazy. But at least you don't have to dawn at night on your way to the toilet: )
