The first piece had a battery that inflated while charging. I don't know if it was a battery defect or the fact that it was charging when it should have been playing. Replaced it with a new piece, since then I've only been charging it off and it's been fine.
When switched on it works as it should and for me it is better than a transmitter
It has to be switched on
Do not charge when in use
When the battery is low, it has to be turned off, the notification is really annoying

I find the controls a bit confusing, there are situations where I don't know how to reconnect other than manually from the phone menu. Which is a bit annoying in the car.
