the lubricant is of poor quality, I recommend to lubricate after washing with a different lubricant than the one included in the package

It's not a miracle, but it's better than grinding the chain by hand.
The bottle with the cleaner is for 2 cleanings, however, it cannot be closed after opening.
I haven't found any replacement cleaning cartridges.
Lubricant is quite unnecessary - chains are lubricated differently and with more specialised products.
