Unresolved ventilation for the power supply, the power supply has to suck heated air from the inside.
Poor availability of replacement 180mm fans.

works as advertised, the comments are more of a personal nature.
perfect airflow, on Ryzen 5950x with Be Quiet Dark Rock Pro cooling I keep idle temperatures somewhere around 45° with the fans hardly even spinning
huge impact on graphics temperatures (-10° under load and idle)
the upper LED bar at the power supply only lights up the first half, defective piece
handling feels cheaper than Define series, workmanship is not as precise (1mm gap between detachable front panel and crate, etc.)
RGB Prisma 180mm in the product preview are not included in the band and must be purchased separately (+2000, -)
mounting the PSU on top is great for airflow, but cable management of the graphics power cable is a big problem - because of how big the case is and the PSU is on top. Who has a modular power supply will have a bit of a problem in my opinion.
if you move the box occasionally (cables etc), it is difficult to handle because the centre of gravity is on top: )
