good performance
friendly price
silent - quiet fan, does not squeak, does not whistle, does not buzz (very important for me)
has an optional passive cooling mode (it is quiet even without it)
does not stink (some sources "burn" at first)
poor availability, I would prefer 1kW, but 850W will be enough
The CPU cables are 4+4pin and they don't have those cogs that would snap into each other, so they are pretty badly plugged in a tight space
24pin cable is the only braided cable and it is quite stiff (other cables are flat)
