Returned within 14 days, lid stuck and could not be opened. Otherwise, the kettle is nice, heats up quickly, maintains the temperature, has an adjustable temperature, so green tea is made much better than estimating or measuring the temperature with a thermometer, but if the lid broke like this after 14 days and I was supposed to be without a kettle for a month, it' s not very pleasant idea. And there is no instant replacement except for one perhaps for a single kettle.
