If you are really active in sports and regularly play 3 or more sports and want to have a complete overview of them, I definitely recommend it. If you are mostly involved in only one sport and don't care that much, I think they are unnecessary and choose a cheaper and simpler option. They are not cheap, but I am maximally satisfied. Great watch.

You can sleep with them without any problem (I switched from Ven 2 and I was most worried about the thickness and comfort when sleeping, but there is nothing to worry about, they sleep comfortably and without any problem, they do not interfere anywhere)
Indicators such as - training status, training readiness, training load, etc. - really great

The watch measures the heart rate even when left on a piece of clothing, which brings up the question of how realistic the heart rate measurement is, since my watch, taken off and left on my shirt, shows a heart rate of 50-70
The Garmin Connect app could be made better and more modern, it is sometimes cluttered and takes a lot of work to find
I'm missing a few hundred MB to insert TOPO Europe maps, so I'm without maps.
