I bought the watch instead of the AW4, which didn't last a day, which is probably fine for a city person, but I sometimes go hiking, for sports or just on a business trip and then battery life is a real problem. Here the problem is eliminated, and you get a lot of additional tools for health, sports or sleep. I often use the watch (most of the time, actually) as a smart watch and it works fine here too, though of course a bit less "seamless" than the AW. Since I have the stainless steel lunette version, they can be worn to work and don't look completely bad.
Battery life. Every night I have the twitch to put my watch on the charger and then I'm pleasantly surprised that I don't have to.
The buttons are a completely different universe, I've been using AW until now and having the option to choose between buttons and touch is great.
The sports features are again completely different from AW.
The display is easy to read even in the sunlight, it is always on and fits everything you need.
Garmin apps and analytics are great. All nicely and clearly processed.
Inability to set the appearance before the mobile application,
The display isn't as nice as AMOLED, but it's not needed on a watch anyway, so it's more of a neutral than a negative feature.
Sometimes they disconnect themselves and they need to be connected to the phone via BT, they can't do it via wi-fi.

I love them!
First I purchased a new one, which I had to return on the first day. That's why I decided to buy brand new and I don't regret it at all!

Quality of workmanship
Lots of features
Legible display
After 2 days, we noticed that the heart rate sensor and the wrist gesture to make the watch light up was broken. Rebooting didn't help nor did various settings. Hopefully they'll send a new one that's already working🙂

The display is absolutely sufficient, who needs graphics, let him look for EPIX. The Fenix display is informative and more battery friendly, which is far more important than the colours.
I had to return the ideal size 7x, they are so for fitting a gold chain and hang it around your neck like Busta Rhymes
The battery lasts with all functions on except the oximeter (it makes sense to have it on only overnight and there is such an option) for 15 days. It recharges extremely fast, so during a shower it recharges almost to 100%
The entire Garmin Connect system, in conjunction with the HR chest strap, is perfect for monitoring athletic performance and progressive form.
All menus and activity screens are as well thought out and logically set up as possible, people who criticize it don't know what they are talking about and evaluate the watch the first night they bought it.
The HR sensor is not a replacement for the chest strap, for sport buy the Garmin HRM, but it's pretty accurate, for normal watch functions it's enough
You can set the sleep mode to turn off Wifi and BT and it can be set for each weekday automatically schedule
Garmin Pay is completely useless. Why do I have to ***** choose a pin code in the shop in front of the cash register by unlocking the safe on my watch, when I can pull out my iphone and pay in a second using the touch/face id?
Some features are in the watch just to catch up with the competition and are practically useless, for example, stress measurement using the firstbeat.com patent. You have a different heart rate every time simply depending on how you move and you know about stress even without a watch
The watch has wifi. I don't understand why they need a BT connection with the iph app to display the weather and don't download it themselves. Even my Garmin Edge 130 which doesn't even have wifi pulls from GPS without app/USB
Plastic body, I would expect metal, but Carbon Gray finish really looks like metal, it's classic "Gunmetal"
I like to put my hands under the half-star in my sleep and push the watch under my head into my hand so that it is able to wake me up
In sleep mode you can have only one profile with settings, Battery Saver. I don't understand why I can't choose any other. However, the Battery Saver can be freely set
