Tragedy. Only the middle screw of the whole puller can be used. The rest is soft, bending and twisting.

I received an unpacked, used item that had been mishandled. The puller is jammed - wrench work required. The material does not inspire confidence. It's too soft (on the levers) and undersized (on the clutches). Only the middle bolt looks solid.
