The best gel blaster on the market. Along with the Gel Blaster Surge, we got a Nerf Gelfire, a Nerf Legion, and one top-filled pistol (in the shape of a submachine gun) from AliExpress for comparison.
Gel Blaster Surge is by far the best of them. The highest performance (range), good workmanship, more compact size and a package with everything you need ready to go. Plus you can buy a cool pellet bucket which is quite a game changer.
Pistols from AliExpress are good in performance, but the workmanship is weaker (hard plastic). Basically, it matches the price. They work well, but.
Nerf Gelfire is surprisingly the absolute worst. The pistol is very well made. But the performance is lousy and the gun jams/cocks quite often. The Nerf Legion matches the price and system - a hand cocked pistol.
Gel Blaster Surge is the obvious choice! After a week of intensive testing I can only recommend it: -) Ideally together with a bucket (Gellet Depot).
