So far it's going great
It needs a WELL ventilated crate! There is no passive heatsink in the package but if you already have a built-in (Quality) on the motherboard which is usually not a problem. My motherboard is Asus B550-F Gaming.
Under load with a well-ventilated box I have about 45°C
